SHIPPING POLICY

At Hectic 8, we work as hard as you do. Our goal is to get your fuel and gear to you as fast as possible. Because we offer both freshly roasted coffee and custom-crafted gear, our shipping timelines vary by product. Please review the breakdown below.

SECTION 1: ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT

This is the time it takes for us to prepare your order before it is handed over to the carrier (UPS/USPS).

☕️ Premium Coffee Freshness is our priority. We do not pull old bags off a dusty shelf.

  • Production Time: All coffee is roasted to order. Please allow 2 business days for roasting and bagging.

  • Shipping: Your coffee will ship immediately after the roasting process is complete.

🥤 Custom Drinkware & Apparel Quality takes time. Our custom tumblers and bottles are hand-customized and require a specific curing time to ensure the finish is durable enough for the field.

  • Production Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for customization and proper curing.

  • Rush Orders: If you need a custom item for a specific tournament date, please contact us before ordering to see if we can accommodate your timeline.

📦 In-Stock Gear (Non-Custom)

  • Production Time: In-stock items (unbranded coolers and accessories) typically ship the next business day.


SECTION 2: SPLIT SHIPMENTS

Please Note: If your order contains both Coffee and Custom Gear, they will likely arrive in separate packages and on different days.

  • Your coffee comes directly from our roastery to ensure maximum freshness.

  • Your gear ships from our customization studio in New Jersey.

  • You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.


SECTION 3: SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Typically 3-5 business days after processing.

Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier volume (UPS/USPS), especially during the holidays. Hectic 8 is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has left our facility.


SECTION 4: DAMAGES & ISSUES

We build gear for the rugged lifestyle, but sometimes shipping accidents happen.

  • Damaged Order: If your order arrives damaged, please email us immediately at support@hectic8.com with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will make it right.

  • Lost Packages: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you don't have it, please check with neighbors first, then contact the carrier to file a claim.
